Beware the sting of the scorpion!

Antares, one of the most visible stars in the Heavens, is in the heart of Scorpio. Visible because it's 400 times larger than the Sun. This intense fiery energy at the center of the constellation is at the center of Scorpios. We know the for their driving passions.


Most Scorpios are battling with a duality, a conflict. For Scorpios this is a "normal" state. Their symbols are the crawling scorpion and then the soaring eagle.

Whenever I read for a Scorpio, I can tell right away. First because I'm psychic. Second, because they usually sit in a position that says "I dare you to try and look in to me."

We mourn the loss of Paul Newman who chose this time to cross over. There was much more to him than those blue eyes, and yet there will never again be blue eyes like that.

As with many of our gifts, this one had another side. Those beautiful blue eyes were color blind. He could not appreciate them himself.

Until Pluto changes signs November 23, it will be intense. It already is. It's all about drastic change. By choice or being forced to. Or longing to. Or having 2 "impossible" choices to make. Or 3, but neither of them seems right. Also a time of surprises. Things entering the picture that could not have been conceived of. Things will leave that need to leave. This is a really hard time.

This is a time when you leap over tall buildings, or leap off tall buildings - metaphoroically speaking.

Mercury Retrograde September 24ff

Saturn's Return and what it means to you

SATURN'S RETURN is now playing in Sydney, Australia, the new work of Tommy Murphy. In an interview on SameSame, Murphy talks about his new play.

“It’s about the fragility of love, even if love is lost… the play becomes a
cautionary tale about how you have to hold on to those treasured moments. I hope it’s a really optimistic play about the beauty of love,” he says.

Astrologically, as you know, the Saturn Returns (between 28 years and 30; between 58 and 60; between 88 and 90) are crucial times in your life. It's a time of endings and new beginnings.

Muphy adds about his play:
